Event
Coordination

End-to-end coordination across timelines, vendors, guest communication, setup and the details people actually experience.

Private invitation details are intentionally excluded; the public examples focus on the collateral I designed.

My role

Make the logistics disappear and the experience feel intentional.

Since 2020, I have independently coordinated birthdays, bridal and baby showers, dinners, corporate events and group experiences. My work spans themes, guest flow, vendors, budgets, setup, client communication and on-site execution.

I also design guest-facing collateral and activities, which means I am thinking about both sides of the experience: the operational plan behind the scenes and the details guests see, read and use.

01

Prepare

Clarify expectations, timelines and responsibilities before the event.

02

Coordinate

Keep vendors, clients and moving parts aligned.

03

Create

Develop guest-facing materials that are clear, useful and on-theme.

04

Adapt

Solve the inevitable day-of issues without making them the guest experience.

Takeaway

Operational and creative work are strongest when they meet in the middle.

Events have sharpened my ability to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, adapt in real time and still protect the quality of the final guest experience.
